My wife and I live in England and specifically planned our 2007 trip to San Francisco to visit 2 wineries in the Napa Valley and your vinegar works. We have spent a considerable amount of money on other balsamic vinegars but your Sonomic is absolutely outstanding and a visit to California would be incomplete without some more to take back across the pond.
